Applications are not reservations
Submitting an enquiry or first-stage property application does not reserve a property, confirm availability, create a sale agreement or commit DIL, an applicant, a developer or a finance provider to a transaction.
Financing decisions
Where DIL facilitates an application or referral, the relevant finance provider determines eligibility, structure, security, terms and approval. DIL does not guarantee finance. For the current Alians Property application route, any CBE Noor decision is made by CBE Noor.
Opportunity and return risk
DIL does not guarantee project completion, funding, income, property value or investment returns. Information can change and forecasts may not happen. Applicants and investors remain responsible for their own checks and decisions.
Third-party information
DIL may use information supplied by project owners, developers, finance providers, public sources and professional advisers. DIL aims to present material clearly but does not promise that third-party information is complete, current or error-free.
Fees
If a DIL service or facilitation activity carries a fee, who pays it, what it covers and when it becomes due will be explained before that paid work begins.
